No, tears are there to keep your eyes clean aren't they? So underwater you wouldn't need to keep your eyes clean because there's already water there to keep them clean.

Yeah, that's an easy one. My dad's dog cries sometimes, and she smiles but I don't think they can laugh, apart from Higheenas (weird spelling). How about:
If the USA really did land on the moon, why is the flag blowing back and fourth in the video?
