Right or Wrong? I have no say as I have not made a choice. And just as a side question, do you think the Bali Bombers should have been executed?

I believe it should only be used in the most extreme of cases, but otherwise I disagree. But, well, isn't prison, in a way, worse?

For serious and heinous cases, I believe it's right.

Bali prisons aren't the nicest places to be, as I've said before. Let them die painfully alone in a cell, than as "freedom fighters" by someones gun.

if youre going ton have a deah sentence then your means of trying and convicting supposed offenders have to be completely watertight its no good having a case where youve executed someone then find out later s/he was probably innocent on the grounds of dna/new evidence etc.

but what are 'more heinous' cases? that tends to mean 'what frightens the establishment' at the moment that would probably be stuff like terrorism -- but it could easily be other things (and has been in the past)

i personally think that if one kills on purpose for a reason that isnt very very serious( i mean like a saving loads of people (such a Robert Mugabe i think he deserves to die) or a war ) than he shall be killed in return (i know its harsh but if you kill then it shall be rightfully be turned against you)
