Mom, for me, but that's because I've grown up in the USA. My family is kind of from all over, though, I'm mostly German/Scottish/Native American (though you'd never know about the Native American thing, seeing as I'm (very) fair skinned with blond hair and blue/green eyes.) Actually, my Grandfather has enough Native American to live on a reservation, but he doesn't. But I'm a lot of other stuff too, not really easy to define.

Actually, my Grandfather has enough Native American to live on a reservation, but he doesn't. We're learning about the Sioux at the minute in history. There are still reservations? Or are you saying, if he was alive 100 + years ago he would live on a reservation?

I call her "Mom."
LOL, I went through a stage where I called her "Mother" though.
And I also went through a very short stage where I called her by her first name because I saw someone do that to their parents on television (I was a little kid at the time) and I got in huge trouble for it, so I never did it again.

i got used of it with calling as "mom" i more prefer using mom rather than mum...! besides it doesn't really matters to me...! the important is we all have moms or mums! ;D
