Hmm, Zetaboards won't let you import a database anyway. I did discover this interesting crawler converter. Proboards are horrible when it comes to giving up their databases, however this can covert it to phpBB2 or SMF. Upgrading from phpBB2 to phpBB3 should be fairly easy. Hmm, however you would have to get a host. I know a slew of good free hosts that I used before. PM me if you want the information.

A move would be hard and not entirely neccessary. I like the idea of new skins and the fact that iDesign might be starting this soon. What other ideas did you implement on ArtF that worked/didn't work?

Okay. Well the resources database failed, but that's not too relevant here. As you know, points worked, but then that probably won't be as successful here unless they're points per post based. The main thing that really seemed to boost our activity was the new skin, and new board arrangement. Giving people something fresh always good.

So are there any ways people specifically want the boards arranged?

Maybe cut down the amount of writing boards with planning as a sub board?

I thought you wanted the whole focus to be on writing? But we're taking away The Best Stories board probably to cut back on writing boards. Any major shuffles?

One change that I'd recommend making is changing how many posts her page there are. At the moment it's 10/posts/page, but this could easily be doubled without damaging readability. In fact, it would make more threads look inviting, because the thought of having to read through a 27 page thread is rather irksome

Sure, 25 is standard, meaning it's been put down... I think I did that actually, sorry.

No worries, but yeah, it should definitely be put back to standard.
