I'm like Dr. Ben.
I am so blind. I can only see things that are an inch in front of my face, everything else, I can't see.
What scares me the most about it is sleeping because if I get woken up by something, I can't see what it is, so, for instance, if a robber came into my house and didn't move a muscle when I woke-up, I might not even notice he's there. I can see movement, but everything else is so blurry.
This is why I sleep holding my glasses.

I can't see anything remotely long distance, about 3 metres is my limit, otherwise it's gets abit blurry.

D'you count Science lab goggles? Of course, that's why there's so many on this forum who wear glasses. And there's a difference between goggles and glasses.

Yupp... I wear glasses 24/7. I'm totally blind (near-sighted-ness, but progressively getting worse). I love my glasses, though... they add to my "nerdy" image ;D they're square.
